Enclosed lawned rear garden with patio, garden furniture and barbecue. No smoking.. With sea views, direct access to Gold Park and the beach just 300 yards away, this charming Victorian holiday cottage is ideally located for the whole family. Watchkeeper’s Cottage has a gate at the end of the garden into Gold Park with crazy golf, toddlers’ swing park, basketball/tennis court, skateboard park and acres of grass to have fun. Walk across the park and you are just a few yards from the beach, its location could not be better. Excellent year-round dog friendly beaches are only 10 minutes’ walk away, located either side of the main beach. Watchkeeper’s Cottage is fully equipped and offers light and very comfortable holiday accommodation. Centrally located, it is 100 yards from the heart of Mundesley village with shops and cafes, and just 300 yards away from the pub. Excellent bird watching, golf, bowling, fishing, cycling and walking nearby. The popular seaside town of Cromer is 7 miles away with its famous pier and holiday entertainment, the bustling market town of North Walsham is 5 miles and Wroxham, the heart of the Norfolk Broads, is just 12 miles away, where boat hire and river trips are available and very popular. Shop and restaurant 100 yards, pub 300 yards. Can be booked with ref: W43922 (500 yards apart) to accommodate up to 8 guests.

over all but parking even to unload not good. cottage could do with a deep clean windows thick dust and cob webs on inside, bedroom floor had lots of fluff and long blond hair (not ours as both dark hair) and nail clippings undef bed, kitchen floor very sticky.not best start to holiday
