Nice place to get away from modern life
Spent a long weekend here and it was excellent. We didn't have a car with us but there are plenty of walks nearby and the beach was within cycling distance. I recommend East Ruston Vicarage Gardens for an afternoon out. There is an excellent collection of old James Bond VHS tapes for evenings in if the weather's bad.

Amazing view
We absolutely loved our stay, the view is relaxing and stunning, could stay looking at the pond for ages. Great for toddlers and baby too, totally child proof. Kitchen equipment could have been richer, but we made the most out of it! We would definitely come back.

Wonderful location
A very peaceful and cosy stay with our two children. The breakfast swan visits from the nearby lake were very popular as were the extensive library of kids books. Overall very well equipped and comfortable. Thank you

1/2 term stay
The property was well presented, cosy and well equipped and very convenient to explore the area. We would recommend this cottage. Some instructions regards operating the heating system, would have been helpful.

Fantastic get away
Really lovely cottage in very quiet location but close to lovely countryside walks! We very much enjoyed getting away from the city (Norwich) and explore a part of Norfolk that we’ve never been to despite having lived in Norwich for 20 years! The cottage had all we needed and was lovely and cosy!
