Summary:  
All Saints Green Cottage is a fabulous 1750’s townhouse, recently renovated with a modern décor just minutes from Norwich City Centre.  
  
Close to popular restaurants, cafes and public transport, this holiday home is ideal for those visiting the wonderful City of Norwich for leisure or business.  
  
The property offers 2-bedrooms, a large open-plan kitchen-living area, 2 ensuite bathrooms and a south facing outside patio area.  
  
The Space:  
This Grade II listed townhouse was beautifully renovated in 2018, preserving its original charm while adding modern touches.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need, including crockery, utensils, a dishwasher, and a washer dryer. The open-plan layout features a large seating area and a stylish kitchen island, creating a perfect space for socialising.  
  
With a Smart TV, guests can access popular streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and BBC iPlayer.  
  
The spacious master bedroom boasts a double bed, ensuite bathroom, built-in wardrobes, and a large window that fills the room with natural light. The second bedroom includes a comfortable sofa bed, private ensuite, and luxurious rainfall shower.

#### Not welcoming

First, the appearance of the place seemed nice, but it was dusty and had cob webs. The old windows leaked cold air, and when we arrived, none of the radiators were on. Once we turned one on, it said the house was 10 degree Celsius- in the middle of winter - brrrr. The Cottage is also two stories, with very steep stairs. We had to leave and find another place to stay because my elderly mother couldn’t do the stairs to her bedroom and my small children couldn’t spend the night in a freezing house.
