This Victorian former School House is full of character and history. Situated in unspoilt North Norfolk countryside, you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax, go for walks or cycle from the door.  
  
Close to Wolterton, Mannington Hall , Oxnead Hall and National Trust Estates Blickling & Felbrigg.  
  
There are high ceilings, an original arts & crafts fireplace, exposed beams, and perhaps the highlight, stone doorsteps that show the wear of many children's feet over the years.
