This charming waterside property is an ideal romantic retreat for two, with its own riverside frontage, nestled along the scenic River Yare. Offering peaceful river views and a tranquil setting, the property is also located within walking distance of a local pub serving delicious food and offering free Wi-Fi, making the perfect spot to relax and enjoy some downtime. Fishing is available from the quay heading within the garden (seasonal licence required) and with many types of fish to be caught. It boasts an open-plan living space combining the kitchen, dining, and living room with large windows, which are perfect for enjoying the amazing waterside activity. It is rich with wildlife, and herons and kingfishers can frequently be seen. Within 30 minutes you could be in Great Yarmouth, enjoying the promenade and the sandy beach or alternatively spending time in the fine city of Norwich with its cathedral, museum, theatres, excellent shopping, and array of cafes and restaurants. The nearby train station is only 300 yards away and allows you to leave your car behind and easily access Norwich, as well as the popular coastal resorts of Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft, making this an ideal base for exploring the area.
