Peaceful retreat

The owners were welcoming; friendly, extremely informative and helpful. A full explanation of everything in the cottage was given on our arrival. The first thing we noticed was just how very clean everything was, the owner advised that he uses a 'fogger' to ensure complete hygiene too, we give the cleanliness 10/10. Everything was very comfortable, short of nothing you would require; the outside area was a lovely place to sit offering privacy and a real sun-trap, the overhead retractable sun awning was an added bonus! Shops, local amenities inc pubs and fishχps within 5 minute walk and in the other direction within a 2 minute drive - a new BP station with a M & S Simply food. We will definitely be back.

A delightful, cosy cottage with everything you could need.

A delightful, cosy cottage with everything you could need. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Although there is no WiFi, mobile reception is good and frankly who needs WiFi when there is so much to see and do. Owners very friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend. We had a lovely relaxed 4 night break at Wisteria Cottage.

We had a lovely relaxed 4 night break at Wisteria Cottage. We didn't get to use the patio but could see that with kinder weather it would be very useable. I was a little worried about traffic noise before we went since it is on a main road but it is hardly noticeable. The shops are easy walking distance, even for someone with a dodgy foot and knee The owner is helpful without being intrusive and came in to show us where everything was and how it worked Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We spent a mid-week break at Wisteria Cottage, which is apply named as there is a beautiful wisteria

We spent a mid-week break at Wisteria Cottage, which is apply named as there is a beautiful wisteria opposite the patio doors. This is a whimsical and cosy cottage with easy access from the road. The owner welcomed us and showed us around. He explained the hygiene processes he used to prepare the cottage for guests and we felt very reassured. The cottage was spotless. He apologised explaining why there was no paper information/booklets about the area. The town is a short walk away and we discovered an excellent fish and chip shop. We would thoroughly recommend this accommodation for short break. It is close to amenities and very good for access to many places in North Norfolk. The cottage was very comfortable and well-proportioned, also light and airy with plenty to keep you

The cottage was very comfortable and well-proportioned, also light and airy with plenty to keep you occupied on a rainy day. The owner was very pleasant and made us feel very welcome. For self-caterers, however, some basic equipment was missing-a small, sharp kitchen knife and a peeler, serving -spoons, a pie-slice and oven-gloves. Fortunately we had brought most of those with us as we have had similar problems in other cottages. Despite its rural aspect it was only a very short walk to the town centre, which was great.
