Big bedroom, private bath in a Charming Colonial house!

Note, this rental is for a large 1-bedroom with a full bed and a large couch for extra guests. There is a 2nd bedroom available for rent for extra guests if needed. Contact me if needed.
The owner lives in the house, however your interaction is very limited.

The room has a modern glass desk for your work or studying, fast Wifi and big closet space. lots of parking in the driveway, 5 mins from Wheaton college. Close to Providence, Mansfield, Foxboro. Bathroom with towels & amenities for your comfort.

There is a huge fenced backyard and deck for your enjoyment. Cook & eat-in kitchen, washer and dryer for your use. Quiet home and comfortable, relaxing neighborhood.

5% discount when you book weekly, & 10% if you book monthly.
The space
TV and cable in the living room, feel free to use the kitchen, washer and dryer, BBQ grill and beautiful backyard to enjoy. Parking in the driveway. Less then 3 mile from the Xfinity Center/Comcast Center in Mansfield. Less than two miles from Wheaton College and Wrentham Outlets, a short distance away.

25 min to Providence, 45 min to Boston.

Spacious sunny room with a full-sized bed and couch in case if you have more than two people. The room also includes a nice modern desk to do your business. Fast Wifi. Great and safe neighborhood.

Nice Stay in Norton

Overall a very nice place to stay if looking to stay in Norton area. This listing is for a room in an occupied home, but we had a good amount of privacy and came and went as needed. The only thing that was a little off on the listing was that it stated that it included a private bath. This was correct for most of our stay, but there was one night with another guest that also used the bathroom and didn't really clean up behind herself. It looks like the listing has since been updated to be more accurate.
