"The listing here doesn't mention that these are essentially student dorms. Nothing wrong with that at all and these are really well priced and quite nice dorms at that. Given these house students, you can see some hard miles on the property but maintenance is kept up. It's a very good budget stay and reasonably close to some restaurants and shopping. It's not terribly close to the main beach (~8 minutes by bike, ~25-30 minutes walk). I wouldn't rule it out for future stays."

The hotel is very well kept. The room was spacious, simple but well maintained and comfortable. Parking is on street or at Jean Bart underground parking at the top of the street, I would definitely utilise again."

Das Haus ist klein, aber zweckmäßig, die überdachte Terrasse einladend, der voll umzäunte Garten ein Hundetraum. Die Matratzen sind ein wenig älter und sehr weich, für jemand, der sehr hohe Ansprüche an Reinlichkeit und Ausstattung hat werden es ein paar Spinnweben zu viel sein. Wir haben hier eine herrliche Woche...

"Lovely location with a great view of the sea from the bedroom and lounge. The place was perfect for the 4 of us and the kids loved the bunks. The kitchen is quite tiny but serviceable. We were walkable to the beach and along a nice path at the bottom of the house which takes you into the town. We will be back!"

More toilets nearer to ground floor bedrooms would have been useful (but they both coped well with light to cross to the ground floor toilet by the front door) I used the upper floor opposite end of the propertywhich might have exit problems in an emergency).
