"Great stay. Walkable to the light rail and sipping like Target, Best Buy, dominos, etc. Light rail to downtown is $3 one way or buy a day pass for $6. About a 35 min ride. We’re locals (Tacoma) and stayed here to go to the Seahawks game since our baby sitter lives up north. Great breakfast. Expensive parking $30/day but typical for the area. The mall next door is $24/day but resets at 2am."

"The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was a banana, pastry, coffee and an orange drink. The laundry requires 8 quarters and do not expect change from the front desk for anything larger than a 5 dollar bill. The laundry provides soap and dryer sheets for free. The office is closed and locked from noon to 3 pm so if you arrive at the property before 3 you will not be allowed to check in."

"This was a fabulous property and such a great surprise once we got here. We had a family reunion and a wedding so we’re there for a week and enjoyed walking around Green Lake and the little town and the lake itself. The gardens are gorgeous on the property and the huge patio worked out so well for us as the weather was inviting. The host was so responsive and was a pleasure to get to know and work with. I cannot recommend this place more highly. Absolutely amazing!"

"This is a nice home to serve as a base camp for a multigenerational family vacation in Seattle. It sits on a lovely bluff overlooking Puget Sound and offers terrific views of the setting sun. The home itself was generally in good order on arrival except for the kitchen fridge; a modest unit with a door opening to dispense ice and water. That unit was inoperative, frozen and with water dripping onto the floor. We immediately called the host and were told…” the ice maker is not one of the amenities included with the listing, so we aren't able to guarantee that it will be operational”… They suggested we get a bag of ice. No one ever came to fix it. So, not the best host support we have encountered .The other issues with the house were mostly the kind that would be solved if one of the host team actually lived in the home for a few days. They would recognize the lovely rattan patio furniture prominently displayed on the web listing does not actually exist, nor is there any other furniture on that patio; that the deck furniture is too large for the available deck space; that the microwave mounted near the floor is next to useless; etc. All correctable things that an attentive Five Star Host would spot. More importantly, the air conditioning system is not capable of properly cooling when temps are in the low 80’s. The bedrooms will not cool down at night. With this A/C problem, the high summer rates are not justified. So,come for the view when the weather is cooler and bring ice."
