Hotel needs a major remodel. Check-In was awful; no one greeted us, not friendly at all. It took 45min!
Casino floor was a bore. Drinks weren’t good.
Room dresser drawer was missing a handle, fridge door wouldn’t stay closed.
Housekeepers were very nice and helpful. Valet was good.

This was my 4th start and my boyfriend’s first. All of it was great. The only confusion I can share was at our check in. The gal did not speak English very clearly and spoke so fast, I didn’t quite understand the charges and the total. A larger amount was charged to my card than I was quoted by Expedia. (And yes I understand the resort fee and taxes were to be paid at that time) it was just more than I expected! other than that, the whole experience was amazing. We will definitely be back!

"We’ve stayed here before so maybe we had high expectations again. The elevator was broken the evening we checked in & going up 5 flights of stairs was a lot with a special needs kid.
