“Seaside” is a 2 story Beach-style home with great daylight. Private yet convenient within a few minute by foot to the Village. You can also walk to the beaches and parks. The LIRR has a stop 5 minutes away. Boat slips are available next door

There is 37 STEPS to “Seaside” from the road to its bulkheaded private property. There’s a separate Boathouse Cottage on the property.
