"My wife and our little Frenchie stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. It was awesome to be right in the heart of downtown Suttons Bay and watch it wake up and go back to sleep. We wish we had discovered the attic fan switch earlier because at night, when we opened the bedroom door and had that on, the bedroom cooled so fast! The back bedroom stayed a little warmer than the main room so a fan would be a good thing to pack."

"Karen was a great host! We enjoyed being able to walk to all of the local stores, coffee shop, and restaurants. The Traverse City Lighthouse and Fishtown are only 15 minutes away. Lots of great hiking trails with 15 minutes as well. The VRBO is a large studio unit. As advertised, there is no TV or stove. We would definitely recommend if these are not necessities for you!"

We were there to try out some of the local wineries/vineyards and come to find out, there’s one within walking distance. Would definitely consider Mimi’s house for future trips to the area!"

"We loved this apartment it was very close to restaurants and shopping. The decor was colorful and fun. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Flowers were placed in the kitchen, bathroom, with a large bouquet on the table. Even the dishes matched the décor. The outside area was also very inviting. We hope to go back next year."

"This place was perfect for us. Fishing, food, wineries and site seeing. The rooms were very clean, very spacious and well tended to. The onsite winery and Tai resturant was ideal when we did not want to travel. I drove across the road almost every morning to fish. Late morning it was either back on the boat for the afternoon, off sight seeing and off to wineries. 4 wineries within about a mile. "Our little family of three (my partner, myself, and our 2.5 year old child) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We used a pack-and-play upstairs and our child slept beautifully. We appreciated the many amenities and, honestly, you won't find a better location than this. Walk down the hill and you're at a playground and the beach. Or walk 5 minutes and you're in the heart of downtown Charlevoix. Note for the really tall people out there: the ceilings are lower than average, so if you're over 6' 2"...
