"I didn't realize I was booking on Hotels.com, this made it difficult to make changes to my reservation. For instance, I was the first room next to the lobby making it a bit noisy and I couldn't change rooms. The room was also ADA compliant which would better serve someone with disabilities. All and all, the location is really great and a good value, but the hotel is having major renovations, so it can be a bit unsightly as a result. For business travel, it was fine for me."
