Location was perfect. Metro stop is right outside the hotel. staff was very friendly and helpful. Nothing comes to mind that would be considered a disappointment.

The only issue we had with staying at this location was that you’re charged for EVERYTHING. You have to pay to park ($22.50/day), no shuttle to the airport, no complimentary breakfast, etc. The staff was friendly, the subway entrance is a few steps away. If you’re wanting to sightsee, you’ll need to drive. Dining and shopping was within walking distance, but, as expected, all a little pricey. Not much of a “view” from our room. The room was nice and clean and all was really quite, even with hockey teams at the property.

NO EV charger!
The website said there was an EV charger on site, There wasn't one. Found out the next day that it was in an adjacent parking deck - the folks behind the desk when we checked in didn't share that info with us and getting my car charged elsewhere blew up our plans.

Excellent hotel in Arlington, Va. for convenience
The room was clean and spacious. The desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. You can access the subway system directly from the hotel to get into Washington D.C. The little coffee shop attached to the hotel - Trivoli - has excellent pastries and reasonably prices coffee.

The AC machine inside the guest room is super loud, feels like you are sleeping next to a train passing by when it is on. The fan in the bathroom doesn’t work, the housekeeping opened my door before 9:0 on Sunday.

Staff on check-in seemed preoccupied and seemed slightly putoff by there actually being customers to help. Room was OK, but walls are paper thin and we spent the whole night listening to our neighbor alternatively cough and hack like she was dieing or very loudly talking non-stop on the phone. We also got to listen to her Google maps speaking directions. She didnt go anywhere unfortunately, so not sure what that was about. Then there was the AC. It makes a VERY LOUD click when it turns on, which it did every 8 to 10 minutes. It only ran for 1 minute at a time and the temperature was constantly swinging from hot to cold. The bathroom was fine(ish), but had zero counterspace. Was looking for a place convenient to the airport for frequent travel, but the experience isn't worth the money or convenience. Definitely won't be back.

Although the location worked well for you and its proximity to the airport was convenient, we're disappointed the experience did not match up. No hot water in shower in room 1 for 2 days . Mold in shower in room number2. Desk staff was helpful trying to get the water issue resolved but we’re not successful in their attempt to fix it on day 1.
