Rekatively clean place, great option for a price. Close to Rosslyn metro station. Easy to get to from the airport. They also have an old nintendo and sega consoles in the lobby. :)

The hotel is very old and not updated. The room have multiple stains in the walls. Very loud you can hear everything not a good sleep night. I would not recommend this hotel or ever go back there.

For the price they charge the amenities they offer and the service you receive is very dissatisfying. No free breakfast offered and the cafe they do have offers very little options. When we first arrived to the property on 3/29/24 at around 2pm we were received with little to no professionalism or courtesy. Check in is at 4pm. If we wanted to check in earlier we needed to pay a $25 fee which we understood, but when we asked the individual working at the time if we can come earlier like 3:50-3:55pm to check in his response was “check in is at 4pm” why was he so rigid? And he offered us no suggestions as to what we can do in the neighborhood to kill time till 4pm. He just kept reiterating that check in was at 4pm. When we came back at 3:50pm we were met with a nicer gentleman who kindly checked us in before 4pm. Other than that the room was clean but it would be great if it had a microwave and an iron that worked. The hotel is next to good restaurants (Panera bread, Thai food, McDonald’s, Starbucks) and is very close to multiple train lines and buses. However, I would recommend staying somewhere else to get more for your money.

Clean and safe place to stay within walking distance of the Metro. Breakfast and coffee are not free. In room coffee is basic with creamer packets, and a small coffee downstairs is $3 in the morning. There is a Starbucks across the street. Next time, I'll probably pay the extra money to stay at the Hyatt.

We were very happy with our stay. The staff is amazing, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel itself is super clean and well maintained. It felt new. It is in an excellent location, very convenient for driving, walking or public transit to DC, but also is conveniently located near many restaurants, pharmacies and the supermarket. Take the short cut next to the parking garage and you will be near lots of places in a couple of minutes. We will definitely stay here the next time we’re in the DC area.

Room keys took 50 tries before successfully unlocking door; front desk rep said it was probably case we demagnetized the key cards in our wallets—but we didn’t put them in our wallets. The 2 elevators were broken over the weekend for at least 2 days, maybe 3; we had to go in the back and use service elevator. TV did not bring up MSNBC even though it was listed and we clicked on it. All n all, it felt more like a dormitory.

Broken elevators, loud noises throughout the night from all angles, whole floors reeked like cigarettes. When asking about the elevators being fixed, very rude responses. The place was convenient, and the room itself was okay, everything else about it made me wish I booked elsewhere.

Pleasantly surprised amidst the poor reviews! Everything was excellent. The room was clean and large. Staff was friendly. Target and Safeway grocery stores and restaurants within 5 minute walking distance. Metro train in walking distance. Definitely would stay here again!!

1. Elevator broken for a week. Then the only remaining elevator broke, meaning you had to climb the stairs 2. Random guest was able to open my door 3. Your room isn't cleaned every day; you have to book 24-48 hrs in advance. 4. Most of the reception is nice but one of the guys just impatiently tells you what can't be done--not an ounce of finesse or customer service there 5. No laundry service and the laundry machines, like the elevators, are all broken 6. Walls are paper thing. While trying to sleep, I can hear laughter from one side and snoring from the other.
