Note that the hotel does not have a restaurant and you are required to walk to a nearby sister property for an average breakfast. I would suggest not to include this, there are far better nearby options. Also note that the property is located in a great position down a lane way which is good for noise reduction however a short assisted walk from where you are dropped off by your transport. "

"Lovely hotel, justified by the high ratings. Hotel is very clean and well run. Rooms are great and breakfast is fine. Staff are very friendly, professional and accommodating. We booked 4 nights with a days gap in the middle to have a one night Halong Bay cruise. This trip fell through and the hotel staff were able to fit us in for an additional night in the same room, which I appreciate must have been very difficult for this popular hotel in high season. The hotel is located in a great location and we will definitely be back if we travel again to Hanoi."
