In terms of the house itself, the kitchen is great, one of the upstairs bedrooms is very large and light filled And the upstairs bathroom with long tub is great. "This was my 2nd visit. The first was during the darkest days of the pandemic. My husband and I went with another couple. Perfect place...2 full bathrooms, LOTS of space inside and out. Huge screened porch with comfortable chairs and coffee tables, overlooking the lake. Both couples brought canoes and we spent 3 days exploring rivers that run into Lake Memphramagog and also the immense lake itself! This time, we booked for the eclipse. "We loved staying here. Being able to do quick walks on the property with a senior dog and puppy was great. Each kid got their own room. Furniture in living room could have been better- only 1 couch - which doesn’t make it comfy for all 6 of us. That was the only issue. A little freaked about the parking but once there it was easy. Plenty of space to 3 point turn your car so you can pull straight out onto road."
