It’s a little weird with multiple access points and elevators - it was quite expensive considering it is the off-season and there seemed to be few people staying in the hotel. But the inside pool and sauna were nice, the restaurant was excellent and the rooms were cute for a ski town. However, we paid extra for the Mountain View but no one mentioned that it’s right on the street so our third floor room was very loud. (Traffic shockingly started at 4am!) I would...
"Comfortable stay nestled in a beautiful area with two gorgeous lakes in walking distance. Room was comfortable. Dinner was a bit pricy but good quality and the staff were all very kind. No vale was present to help me with my bags, which were pretty heavy walking up flights of stairs but I guess if I had asked them for help they would have asked someone to come."
"Hotel needs more signage. There's only an arrow on the road to lead you past several other buildings. Self check-in is difficult if you only speak English. Luckily a very nice front desk attendant showed up to help us. Our original room was not as described on Expedia but he moved us to a much nicer room with the accommodations we needed. Their dinner restaurant was just a short, pleasant walk and had very good food."
