Big room, great bathroom and breakfast was fantastic

Lovely place with excellent staff and views.

Fabulous hotel for visiting the Guggenheim but also walkable to all areas of Bilbao. Breakfast is perfect, everything you could want and more. Ate in the restaurant one evening and the food is superb and good value for a 5* hotel restaurant. Finally the staff are all friendly and helpful. All together a great stay.

I booked this hotel simply because it was the only 5 star in San Sebastian, which was close to Mugaritz Restaurant, where I had booked a lunch surprise for my husbands birthday. The hotel, and indeed San Sebastian, turned out to be the stars of the trip. Mugaritz was lovely but this hotel is absolutely one of the best we have ever stayed in. We stay in top quality hotels all over the world, but this seriously is up there with them, without any of the fuss, arrogance or ego! We would stay...

The hotel is handy for walking around the local central area to see things. The welcome was friendly enough and the car was taken away and parked elsewhere. It was delivered back to us within less than 10 minutes the next day.

Everything was perfect. The welcome, the arranging of transfers, the rooftop bar, the service. The room was incredible. Comfortable, superb beds, fridge, Aircon, view, bathroom (especially the toilet!). Location couldn't be better. It was a festival on our last night but the hotel thoughtfully provided ear plugs. The soundproofing of the windows was excellent anyway. A pinnacle of hotel experiences.

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location for Logrono. Free car park nearby too. Rooms were superb, luxurious. Breakfast was excellent with excellent service when required. Staff were extremely helpful and rang wineries for us to book tours with good recommendations. Cannot find fault at all! Would certainly recommend for anyone. Not expensive especially considering how good the hotel is.

Beautiful hotel and food.

Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were so special. We had originally wanted to stay at the Mary Cristina which was full. However, when we return to San Sebastián we will go back to Villa Soro. Breakfast was a delight of locally sourced produce, and no eyebrows were raised when we came down to breakfast after 11am! A lovely bathroom and very comfortable bed, what more could you ask for - thank you.

Great staff, lovely room & convenient location

This is a beautiful hotel, centrally located, moments from many lovely bars and restaurants in the centre of Logrono. Spacious rooms, comfy big bed and a great bathroom/shower. We used the spa which was a special treat. The hotel staff weee all lovely and welcoming. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit stay in this hotel again.

Lovely hotel really nice staff excellent food in the bar, difficult to find hotel as it looks like your driving up a high street but once you have found the parking for hotel it is easy to find.lovely old building with lots of character and you walk out the front into a lovely square with lots of shops and restaurants.

Fabulous two night stay for the solar eclipse. Great location near to the statio and Expo centre- plenty of buses into the city centre. The staff were very helpful, even giving us free eclipse glasses. Room was spotlessly clean with very effective air-conditioning and comfortable beds. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The only suggestion is that we would have appreciated a kettle in the room.

A veey pleasant hotel. Centrally placed and useful for Guggenheim and city parks. Room was clean and quiet

I cannot rate this hotel and it’s staff highly enough. We visited in the middle of July just after Covid 19 restrictions were lifted. We drove from A Coruna and arrived after midnight. We booked one double room for myself, husband and small dog and a second for our 25 year old daughter. We received the most warm welcome despite the late hour and this continued throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff had to work within the very tight restrictions required to operate...

A true 5 star experience! All member’s of staff were very friendly and helpful . Large room, comfortable beds , great bathroom ( with a bath 😁) Tea / coffee making facilities and complimentary water appreciated. Restaurant was excellent- breakfast was wonderful with a huge choice . We stayed here after completing the Camino de Santiago and it was the perfect hotel to relax and restore our energy . Thank you 🙏
