"Absolutely beautiful boat with stunning scenery. It was warm and cosy and very welcoming. The only thing was we thought there would be somewhere to charge a car but it wasn't available. Plenty of places to park and charge in the town though. Perfect place to relax and unwind."

The location, close to Sortland and recreational activities, but away from the main roads provides a peaceful setting to relax and enjoy the scenery and wildlife along Godfjord. Karin and Jorg were wonderful hosts, offering suggestions for activities in the area and sharing their hospitality and knowledge of the Vesterålen region. I will stay here again on my next visit to northern Norway."

"What a beautiful spot to stay! So peaceful and well located to visit this incredible part of the world. So beautiful and much quieter than the main tourist areas. The house was fabulous and had everything we needed. Our host was so responsive when we needed anything extra too. Rowing on the lake and spending sunny evenings in the outdoor lounge and hot tub was such a pleasure. Also lots of lovely fishing and hiking to be had. Would thoroughly recommend."

"Worst vacation rental I have ever seen, had to look for another place to stay after we arrived. Host sent no check in information before arrival, had to wait a while on site for host to text door code. Outside of property completely overgrown. INSIDE is filthy and smells like urine. Chairs and sofa are slashed with filling spilled out. Fridge is broken, part of the wall is missing. Advertised 4 bedrooms but 3 of the bedrooms are locked. It is hard to imagine that dumpsters like this exist in...

"This place was amazing!!! Ralf the owner was excellent, kept in touch with me leading up to our stay as I had a lot of questions about the location and what there is around. The cabins are clean and beautiful, and the scenery is top notch. There is an awesome hike right off the road. Would absolutely stay there again!! Thank you!!"
