-Bathroom tub was lackluster; huge bath tub; there should be at least two handles to help get you in and out of the bath tub, especially when you cater to cheating Seniors out of their retirement; the bath mat for the tub is too small and my wife and I almost fell; the tub drain was broken so the relaxing bath my wife was looking forward to didn’t happen; the shower curtain is too small, as water from the shower head splashes around onto the floor
-Cleanliness needs to be addressed as the shower has BLACK MOLD in the corners; lack of energy or hustle on house keeping’s part
-Front desk staff wanted to have a full blown conversation at check-in with the two guys ahead of me, but I was saved by a probationary front desk lady; KEEP HER!
-The barely legal security guard checking IDs at the casino; jokingly asked if I had any fake IDs to give up; What is up with all the security? Get robbed much?!
-Why is someone from ‘staff’ walking around at 11am with a clipboard seeing if people are in rooms or checked out? Shady. I guess no faith in your reservation system, that woke me up by text at 8am to see if I wanted to extend the stay…uh, no.
The multi-level casino was a nuisance, but after donating my $61 to your faux resort I was happy to leave.
