"I received a great service I did a late check in and was worried about my reservation. Staff over the phone made sure to make staff aware about our late check in. Everyone greeted us and were very polite. Staff made sure we were comfortable, the room was very clean. Breakfast was good and the area was very clean, definitely made the right choice when searching for a hotel. "

"It’s not Vegas, but that said, it was a nice visit. Great food in hotel restaurants! Hotel clean and neat. Room was very spacious. Our room was still in disarray with dirty linen on the floor when we checked in (at 8pm). There was a special event Saturday night with very loud music until midnight which was pretty irritating. But overall, I would go back."

"I loved the excellent customer service from check in, to dining experience, to the housekeeper that served us. The atmosphere was hands down the best overall. However the bedroom and bathroom was lacking the same quality. They both were very outdated. I was very disappointed with the appearance of the room, decor and bathroom. Especially for the price that we paid. The staff was superb in every area."
