"Very nice facility and staff was quite helpful. The price for breakfast was ridiculous. I realize there are little options in that remote area but I felt it could be more reasonably priced."

"The hotel is on an isolated hill with a large view of the surrounding area. Myvatn lake is visible in the distance. The restaurant was excellent. The chef has done some very creative things with with his dishes and his adaptable to eating restrictions. Overall, the only challenge is the midges which is very common in myvatn"
