"The room was dirty, with weird stains and suspicious hairs everywhere. They give hardly any shower gel/shampoo- we had to use hand soap gel for the rest of our showers! The toilet and paper are literally IN the shower, so everything gets soaked. Nowhere to hang your towels. The doors don't lock. Everything was sticky and just gross, and the heat was on WAY too high in February - we had to open our window to stop sweating!! "The whole place was an absolute joy. Beautiful surroundings, the lake (which you can swim in) was stunning. Indoor and outdoor pools were lovely aswell. Check in and out was seamless. Room (we took deluxe), it was massive, was spotless and cleaned everyday. Food was different every evening and fresh and tasty.
