stay at the Magical Pond Igloos was absolutely unforgettable. The property is incredibly unique, with huge panoramic windows that allow you to watch the Northern Lights from the warmth and comfort of your igloo—such a special experience. The location is stunning, surrounded by peaceful, beautiful scenery that really adds to the magic of the stay. Breakfast was delicious each morning, and the hosts were wonderful—so attentive, welcoming, and thoughtful throughout. Thank you for such an amazing...

We had a fantastic stay at Ski-Inn Ruka Valley and would highly recommend it. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, modern, and very well equipped. Having our own private sauna was a real highlight, and the drying racks for ski clothing were incredibly useful after a day on the slopes. The ski locker downstairs for skis and poles made everything so convenient and hassle-free. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and the customer service truly stood out. Great hotel and facilities

We arrived pretty late and did not expect to be welcomed by the hotel's staff (we received check-in instructions in case the reception was closed). To ou surprise, they were waiting for us with a complimentary drink and a lot of friendly recommendations for dinner and activities in the area. They also changed our room for a bigger lakeside one with a great view. Our only regret was to only stay there one night.

Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr freundliche Reception sogar auf Schweizerdeutsch.

Receptionist was very helpful when I arrived at 8:30 on the night train from Helsinki. Gave a free room upgrade and allowed to check in immediately. The room was spotless and plenty of choice for breakfast.
