Was most impressed with the room service, only took 15 minutes to reach my room. Check-in was quick and check-out very very quick. Breakfast was great - good variety of food and very relaxed - didn't feel pressured in any sense to leave my table and so was able to enjoy a second flat white - very important to me in the mornings.
