Stayed two nights in may at this hotel. Excellent hotel, lovely big room, excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. Located in village of Pleasanton... lovely village. First Wednesday if each month village get together... stalls, food, fun. Would highly recommend.

This hotel is a brilliant find and would recommend it if you are staying in the Napa area. It’s incredibly modern, in a convenient location, has a free onsite car park and lots of free amenities. The staff are extremely friendly and provide clear instructions prior to and during arrival. The hotels decor is amazing and has been kept in immaculate condition. We stayed in room 10 and it was excellent. I would 100% stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful and relaxing hotel. Just delightful. They only tiny negative is that you can hear the road when you are walking around the property but not in our room. I loved being in the hotel so much we didn't get around to doing much tourism and the surrounding area is lovely.

This hotel is in a beautiful area of San Francisco, perfect location. Amazing rooms and facilities, but what makes the hotel are the staff, attentive, friendly and very professional.......this is an amazing hotel, a true gem!

Very relaxing resort. All staff excellent and service everywhere superb. Bungalow truly excellent and room service there in a minute. A very good choice to stay. Fab golf course too

Amazing stay at Miliken creek. We were upgraded to the suite with a view overlooking the creek and it was incredible. The room is very clean, spacious and has lots of amenities such as open fire (on with a press of a button!), coffee machine and large bath. There is a cheese and wine evening each night which is included within the stay. If you’re staying in Napa this is where you want to stay 👍

Stayed for there nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful and remembered ever request big or small or said I passing - service was next to none. Hotel setting was stunning but for me the highlight was the bed! The linens were incredibly soft and the best bed I have stayed in in a hotel. The spa was also a treat. We also had a bit too much fun with the complimentary cars :)

We are on a tour of the San Francisco Bay area and this is by far the best hotel that we have stayed in so far. Very highly recommended.

We were a bit worried when we arrived that the area outside the hotel was crazy busy and full of loud cars, bikes and music… but we had read a top tip to request a courtyard room and so actually our room was super quiet and relaxing and a nice break from the chaos of fisherman’s wharf. Restaurant breakfast was delicious but there’s also a latam coffee shop on the corner of the block directly behind the hotel who do amazing pastries. My stay in San Francisco was part of a larger trip which also included New York and LA. Honestly the hotel was perfect for what I was looking for, very easy going. No uncomfortable pestering (although I’d recommend using the do not disturb sign to avoid being woken by housekeeping). The location was excellent and walking everywhere was super simple.
