The staff in its entirety was very hospitable. We loved that they have a shuttle to take you where you need to go downtown. We also did a room add on of chocolate covered strawberries that were a devine touch to our stay. Keep up the great work."

"Great weekend trip. We have stayed here every time we come to Eureka Springs. The elevator was on the fritz while were there. We had 2 people in our party that cannot do stairs, the front desk went above and beyond to get a room on the entry level. Great custom service"
