The front desk associate was very kind, professional, and helpful during check-in. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It had a strong moldy smell, appeared to need better cleaning, and was missing towels. The A/C constantly turned on and off, the room key didn’t work, and the door handle was loose. Even after trying a second key card, the front desk had to use the master key to let me in. Since it was very late, I had no choice but to stay. This hotel may be fine for a quick overnight stop if you’re too tired to keep driving, but it could definitely use some maintenance and improvements.
