"Nice clean room. The staff was friendly. Only negative I have is they charged a $25.00 fee for incidental damage. I was told that this charge would be refunded after my stay, which has not yet been refunded."

"The place was very dated. The towels did not smell good. Outside entry to room so did not feel safe. And no elevator to second floor which we were on. Had to climb stairs. Which my wife has had knee replacement. Is definitely will not stay again. Atmosphere of trucks and trailers of a bunch of workers. Not the Atmosphere we are us to while traveling."

"Parking was pretty limited. But we made it work. Room was clean and comfortable. Didn’t really associate with any staff other than the guy at the front desk at check in and he was fine. Breakfast was okay."

"We stay here once a year for State 4-H shooting contest. The motel is always clean and staff is super friendly and helpful. This year the motel was at the tail end of renovations, it did make check in a little tricky but other then that our stay was great!"

"Room 113 where we stayed is in serious need of a deep cleaning. Spider webs behind entry door. Multiple stains on furniture, dirty floor, mold in shower, stains on walls in vanity area and stains on sheets. Hinge on toilet was broken and front desk said no one to fix. Husband duct taped it. If we hadn’t already spent 10 hours traveling we would have left! Only plus was that the bed was comfortable. Very disappointed in this property."

"The room and bed were great. The property is run down and the grounds are not maintained. Dog poop everywhere so you must stay on the walkway. My biggest issue was that the manager/owner lied about coffee being available and the cowardly way he used his employees to do it. Was traveling cross country and I specifically asked the front desk clerk before checking in. I watched her go speak to Amir, who sent her back to lie to my face. And then he left the morning staff deal with my ire of being lied to. What coward does that? I thought the staff was amazing despite the position they’re put in by their boss. And no, instant Folger’s coffee does not constitute or substitute brewed coffee. Shame on you, Amir. Do better, if not for your customers, at least for your employees!"

"Our only discomforts was the bed which was too high to safely climb in and out of and the pillows were stuffed too tightly to be able to sleep on them. The rest of the stay was in a clean. Well cared for room and friendly staff."

"Easy check in process; very friendly staff; excellent room conditions....very clean. Restaurant (Denny's) next to property-very convenient and surprisingly good) Stay at this Fairfield twice a year traveling back and forth from MN and AZ. "
