Scaffolding around entrance was unattractive, and at no point during my 4 day stay, was any work done. Every time I went to the breakfast buffet, something had run out, and I had to wait. Over 3 breakfasts I estimate I waited 10 times for items. Also waited 40 mins for a vegetarian eggs benedict Therefore each breakfast took twice as long as it needed too.

hotel was fine, centrally located in Harrogate , what let it down was the bar service and breakfast where staff clearly didnt have a clue what was going on, drinks were expensive and the breakfast was well below average.

Smart helpful staff. Great location for Harrogate town. Clean tidy room, all the amenities you require. Actually joined to the conference centre so tip hotel if you are attending an event

Ok but not comfortable
Nice hotel, excellent location, helpful and friendly staff. Let down by poor quality thin lumpy pillows and a room so hot! Even with the heating off we had to put the aircon on on a cold January night ,so we could sleep. The 50mm thick uninsulated radiator feed pipe runs across the room meaning you get heat- like it or not
