4 bedroom/2 full bathrooms with private hot tub, within walking distance to downtown North Woodstock and the Ice Castles. This single family home with attached garage has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, making this an ideal choice for families or larger groups. The main level offers a spacious kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 queen bedrooms and a full bathroom. The upper level has 2 additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom. Enjoy the backyard with private hot tub and grill.

Please note that the home does have some ac units, but there is no central AC.
The home is close to the road on Lost River Road, but has a driveway for parking.
This is a family oriented home and is not suitable for parties.
