It is the only vacation spot with a pool, beach with lake, and river within the resort in the area. Our townhome is clean, beautifully decorated, and ready to welcome you. It features a fully stocked kitchen, a large open concept living area and dining area and a large private deck with seating. Each of the bedrooms has ceiling fans and its own bathroom and there is a third bathroom on the living level. There is a queen bed in the master and a bunk bed and a queen bed in the second bedroom. You won't want to leave! The Rec Center includes a huge 1500 sq ft. indoor pool , fitness center, Jacuzzi, saunas, racquetball court, video arcade and game room. Outdoor activity includes 8 tennis courts, jogging trails, basketball and volleyball courts and a 5 acre lake with it's own private sandy beach for only Deer Park residents and their guests. The river is steps away for swimming and river tubing! You will be walking distance to North Woodstock and Lincoln. Very close to all White Mountain attractions including Whale's Tale Water Park, Clark's Trading Post, mini-golf, Cannon and Loon Mtn., Story Land. An outdoor enthusiast's paradise with the White Mountains at your doorstep. Wireless Internet Is Included in the home, not just in the rec center as in most cases. There is a 42 inch HD Smart T.V in the living area and Master, and a gaming compatible TV in the kids room. All linens and towels (excluding beach towels) are included. Washer and dryer are in a laundry room off the first floor. Our family has been coming to this resort for over 20 years. This unit was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The only complaint is there is no AC. The humidity on the 2nd floor with the high ceiling was almost unbearable to sleep. We did have to go out and buy box fans which helped a little. We always have dinner and game nights together with 10-12 people. 3 beds/bath is perfect for 6 adults staying and makes getting ready for dinner out much quicker! I have stayed at a bunch of places in deer park and this one has been updated. Granite countertops, modern appliances, and renovated master bathroom. One note - as stated on the listing, there is no AC, which was not a problem for us, as the place is shaded by trees nicely. The owner is very responsive and easy to deal with. Stayed 3 nights in Aug 2022 ### 8/10 Good #### Jason Y. 10 Jul 2021 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great location Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. Some of the pros: great neighborhood, each bedroom had a bathroom, close access to lake and rec room, centrally located, great stove, owner was very quick to respond, a lot of pamphlets on activities to do in the area, comply beds. Cons: grill wasn’t working at the time we stayed (part was in order), painting the outside of the building (lack of privacy), not all the lights worked, no empty cabinets for food, no AC, tv in the second bedroom wasn’t hooked up or working, we thought this unit was riverfront but it was not.
