  • 7 DAY RENTAL IN SEASON JULY-LATE AUGUST SATURDAY - SATURDAY This 4 bedroom (4th bedroom is loft) 3 full bathroom condo sleeps 12 of your closest family and friends. It is just 1 half block from the beach with breathtaking vast views of the ocean from the brand new front 3rd floor deck. There is garage parking for 2 cars and a storage area for your beach supplies. Come enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean at 15th Street Beach in North Wildwood any time of year! We cater to families and responsible adults 28 and older. (Holiday weekends 3 day minimum)

Unfortunately we do not rent to high school or college groups we entertain adults 28 and older and Families with absolutely no late night noise!
We rent 7 days in season Saturday to Saturday and Bath Towels and bed sheets are an added small fee if needed
We are NOT a party house and ask all of our guests to be respectful of our neighbors and community.
