Our condo consist of 3 Bedrooms and 2 full baths.
1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Full, 1 Twin Bunkbed with Trundle and Queen Sofa Bed.
Each bedroom has a 40 in. flat screen TV and ceiling fans. There is an XBox 360 with games in the unit. Amenities include 50 inch TV in living room with endless cable channels, WIRELESS INTERNET, coin operated washers and dryer's, fully equipped kitchen with everything expected in a gourmet kitchen!
No need to pay for parking, this unit comes with 2 off-street parking spaces. This is a fantastic location!!
Beautiful 16th street Park and Playground for the children to play. Beautifuly landscaped and seating to relax.
Available for BIKERS WEEKEND, FIRE FIGHTERS CONVENTION,
BOOTS ON THE BEACH, IRISH WEEKEND..

Awesome Condo!!
What a wonderful place to stay! My family and I really enjoyed our vacation at this condo. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need! The pool was a big hit with the kids and the grill came in handy for a quick meal before the boardwalk. I recommend this condo for a family with children or even an adult vacation!! Thanks Dever family for making our 2016 vacation so much fun!!

The location of this property is perfect!!!! A very short walk to the beach/boardwalk. The pool was great for the kids and the condo itself was perfect!! We comfortably fit 10 people with out a problem. Stacy the owner was very responsive with any questions we might have had. Loved this property and would love to rent again in the future!
