The rear of the property you find two good size bedrooms with queen size beds and a full bath with a tiled shower stall. Fully equipped kitchen with newly installed refrigerator and stove, microwave, stackable washer and dryer with Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy the summer breezes on the newly constructed front porch! Owner is open to seasonal, monthly or weekly tenants. Great place for not breaking the budget!

The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths). Linen package will be left at the entry door of the property on arrival day, you can request for an additional fee of $150.00 to have the beds made prior to your arrival. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Bed Pillows and Bedspreads are provided.


Advance Booking & Rate Notice:
Advance reservations for subsequent calendar years placed before January 1st remain unconfirmed until property pricing is released for that season. Because rates are subject to change, bookings made prior to this date cannot be guaranteed at preliminary pricing. We kindly ask that you contact our team directly to check if seasonal rates have been formally set prior to booking to avoid any confusion.

VRBO is a property advertising website. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.



The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
