"This property is located in a largely residential area, with that in mind, The settlement was a fantastic property offering quality rooms in a location very close to a family gathering we were having.
The bistro attached to the hotel was lovely, meals were value for money and even has a kods play area.
The breakfast is a lovely edition to start your day off with something not to heavy. "
"For the price and convenience this was exactly what we needed.
Property needs some repairs though - the toilet had a leak in it and just generally looks and feels a bit old needing love.
Was fine for our needs though. "

10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful accommodation, large room. We had a room facing the main road, however didnt hear any noise what so ever. Har dinner in the bistro and food was amazing with quick service. Would highly recommend."
"Stayed for a quiet weekend with our dogs, just to get out of the house and it was great. Dogs had fun and we didnt have to worry about them. They roamed the enclosed dog run or we took them on a walk along the track out back. Will definitely come back"
"The property, location, amenities and communication with the host, Marg, were all excellent. We will definitely look to stay again in future. 5 stars."
"There was no air conditioning in this brand new house.Had 3 commercial fans and a stand fan to try and keep the house cool in 35 degree weather. I guess we overlooked that detail when booking!!Very crowded subdivision.Homes very tight. Couldn't open the windows very far to get the house cooled No BBQ as advertisedHad to contact owner as oven hadn't been set up aw it was brand new. Had to get a manual from owner and then had to You tube how to set it up.Frying pans were old, Not sure why VRBOs won't put new pans in their units. I won't cook on badly scratched teflon pans. There was only a top sheet on one bed. Found the stack of sheets in the bed drawer the day we left.Owner asked us to take the garbage and recycle bins to the road for pick up. Told him we didn't think that was our job but did it for him."
"Room reasonable but could certainly do with some maintenance and upkeep to make it present better and more enjoyable to stay, was noisy at times with people coming and going at all hours of the night, hotel was in a convenient location for my requirements."
