"Unfortunately the SPA and Gym were shut and that was one of the main reasons for choosing the hotel. The pool was amazing and a great relief from the heat. There seemed to be some mixup with the reservation and the front desk staff were not helpful especially for a 5 star hotel, they finally addressed the issue and seemed to blame Hotels.com rather than take responsibility. I would not stay there again "

"Geirge, the proprietor was great from the first moment we entered, welcoming us, sharing details about the hotel, local eateries, places to visit, and over all very friendly and hospitable. The room was wonderful, comfortable, great views, and very clean. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful!
