It was quiet and an easy walk to the shoreline. There were propane grills and fire pits with plenty of new chairs and tables for guests to use. Rob the caretaker was outstanding, kind and responded to anything we needed. We couldn't have had a more perfect place to stay on Cape Cod. There was nice outdoor seating including Adirondack chairs on the beach and bar seats with a table on the deck. I was on the first floor so I could access the beach from my sliding door. Amenities included strategically located poop bags and a poop disposal container. Studio was clean and modern with a cute kitchen area. Most other guests I met were friendly and polite people over 40\. The Mr Coffee appeared to be a standard size in the photos tho was only a mini with no coffee or filters for minimally the first morning.....also there were no paper towels available again at least to cover the first nites stay till we could go for needed supplies. Bed was comfortable & clean and plenty of clean towels were provided. The place is absolutely beautiful and truly magical, and the rental has everything you could possibly need. That said, the maintenance man was very unpleasant. We only parked our car temporarily near our door to unload some groceries for a few minutes, and he came knocking aggressively, demanding that we move it immediately — even though the parking lot was almost empty. It would have been so much nicer if he had simply asked if everything was okay instead of approaching us in such an aggressive way. The rooms have kitchenettes and also pots and pans which was useful. I loved the fact that they supplied a dish sponge and dish soap along with extra trash bags. Overall, a 5 star experience. If I had to write one con, its that dogs were allowed off of their leashes and on 2 occasions I had to shue away a dog out from trying to enter our room; we were trying to pack the car to go home.
