"Room in the new block very clean and cosy. Staff very helpful. Car park at the rear of the hotel but we were directed to it easily over the phone. Breakfast was plentiful and hot. I would have liked bath sheets instead of bath towels, the extra bit of size matters. There is no lift, lots of stairs, but staff will carry bags to your room. Hotel very well placed for getting around this lovely town. A real find."

"The room was clean, comfortable and nice. The staff was amazing and very attentive. My one and only complaint, it was very loud outside my window with people partying until very late. Nothing to be done about it, but a heads up might have been nice"

"The meeting rooms are excellent, but having to pay for a room before you use it and will need coffees and or food throughout the day seems unreasonable to me. But room keys would not be handed over until the room was fully paid in advance, and then any refreshments throughout the day had to be paid for individually. I have been using meeting rooms throughout the 32 counties for over 25 years and have not been met with the attitude at the front desk on arrival. Disappointing, as the rooms and location are excellent"

"Easy parking, nice rooms, the restaurant on premise is great, the breakfast was fantastic, the only downside is no refrigerator in the hotel room, so if you're there for a long stay and want to keep snacks cold you won't be able to. The access to Dromoland's walkways was a real highlight and it's a great location for getting to the towns and villages around the area. We will definitely be staying here again, very happily!"
