8.8/10 Excellent! (4,023 reviews)
It's an old historic building with the maintenance problems and room size associated with it. It's electronics are not up to date.
What makes it work is a great staff. We were met and helped by front desk, concierge, wait staff, maids and bar. They were smiling helpful and solicitous.
If you want to stay in an historic building with interesting public rooms and great staff, this is the place.
