Kai Kotch overlooks a sandy beachfront and the clear, calm waters of the island's Bioluminescent Bay. A large communal swimming pool and sundeck sit just 100 feet away perfect for lazy days under the sun. For thrill-seekers, a fleet of complimentary water toys 2 tandem kayaks, 2 single kayaks, 2 paddleboards, and a 2-person pedal boat are provided during your stay. With the Bioluminescent Bay right outside your door, you can take your own "bio-tour" of the bay and watch the waters glow after dark! The ground floor features an open-concept design allowing the living and dining areas to flow onto the screened 2-story atrium. The screened atrium is the heart of the home with water views, lounge seating, and alfresco, bug-free dining.
