This 2-bedroom tropical villa has been completely redecorated from top to bottom with beautiful finishes and decor. New ceiling fans enhance the tropical breezes while the air conditioning keeps things cool on warmer days in both the bedrooms and living areas. The atrium, living, dining, and kitchen areas are on the first floor along with a powder room and the laundry room. A sunset-facing study with a desk and sofa provides a perfect spot for remote work, reading books, or relaxing. The living and dining areas open onto a spacious, fully-screened, 2-story atrium with vaulted ceilings. Enjoy a tropical breakfast or cocktail hour without pesky bugs. Upstairs, you'll find two bedroom suites, each with a private balcony and ensuite bathroom.
