It's located in the North Pointe Condominiums complex in beautiful Cayman Kai near Rum Point ! The condo has complimentary 100 MHz WiFi secure access, for laptops and cell phones and guests can take advantage of free WIFI long distance calling on their cell phones plus a local calling phone is provided at no cost. The condo is located on the 2nd floor of the complex on the private eastern corner, end unit. Your neighbors next door are lovely palms and grape trees which are home to several native Cayman parrots who cheerfully greet you each morning. Our condo is uniquely positioned in the complex at the tip of North Pointe and draws in a constant cooling breeze off the ocean, thus the natural choice of the name 'Cayman Breeze.' You can open the 3 sliding glass doors opening out to the oceanfront lanai and enjoy a wonderful breeze throughout the condo or of course you can set the central AC on the temperature of your choice. You will have spectacular oceanfront views from the large open air lanai, living room area, and the master bedroom while watching the ocean and listening to the lapping waters on the beach. We have appointed Cayman Breeze with the very best of upscale furnishings, appliances and amenities. The two bedrooms have luxurious king size beds with top-of-the-line pillow top mattresses, and 600 thread count linen sheets. The living area is furnished with comfortable leather couch and loveseat. The couch is a queen size sleeper, and the condo can comfortably sleep up to 2 additional adults. The master bathroom has a full size tub and the guest bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The kitchen is smartly decorated and well equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, full size dishwasher, large microwave and full size stove and oven. The kitchen is stocked with dishware, glasses, wine glasses, martini shaker, blender, toaster, coffee maker, mixer and cutlery. The master bedroom has a 4 poster king size bed, full dresser with mirror and computer desk and ceiling fan in the bedrooms incase you do not want the AC on. The lanai has an outdoor dining table and 4 chairs and a lounger overlooking the ocean and beach. Take the private stairs down the back of the condo off of the lanai and stroll down to the beach or around to the large saltwater pool. The pool also has a shallow pool perfect for small children. The snorkeling right off the condo and all along the northshore in Cayman Kai is the best on Grand Cayman. The reefs start in about 5 feet of water and extend out to about 25 feet and are loaded with reef fish, plus you'll see large mature conch, varying sizes of lobsters and an occasional octopus. The water in front of the condo is natural landscape. The beach itself is all white sand, but can be rocky as you enter the water. swim shoes are recommended. great snorkeling can be found right off our beach for the more experienced swimmers, Rum Point beach, a short drive down the road, has calmer shallow water for all ages. We have On-site management available for emergencies Nearby Oceanfront restaurants in the area include Tukka (formerly Portfinos), Over The Edge, Kaibo, Vivine's Kitchen local cuisine and The Italian Kitchen(Best Italian food I ever had) For scuba divers, we highly recommend Ocean Frontiers, a 15 minute drive in East End. This is our second time staying at this property and it was just as we remember it. The condo is just as it looks in the pictures. They put a lot of care into it. The kitchen is smaller and older but we don't cook much while we're there anyways. So its perfect for what we need. We love staying on the quieter side of the island and its not a long drive over to the other side. The snorkeling on Cayman is the best we've seen. The weather was picture perfect. The condo has all the basic amenities, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and direct access to the beach. It's not a walking beach but beautiful to look at. From the condo you can only see the beach through screens and shutters, however, which took some getting used to. It was quite windy, and we spent the days swimming at Rum Point and Seven Mile. Super comfy beds, nice pool, and a completely empty, quiet beach made this the most relaxing vacation. The proximity to rum point (5 mins) and east end (20 mins) was super convenient, and even the drive out to seven mile beach wasn’t too bad (\~45 mins). Only a few minutes drive from Rum Point and from groceries. The condo was well furnished and equipped. The pool was nice and clean. Since you're on the north side, it can get pretty windy! The beach was nice, but the ocean was pretty rocky and filled with weeds. We ended up going to Rum Point for all of our swimming ##### Brian W. We loved the pool as it was perfect for our kids (we have 3 young boys). There was never anyone at it too, which was an added bonus! Absolutely beautiful sunsets and views. Swimming pool, on the beach, Rum Point very close which was my favorite part of the island. Very low key. There’s a lot of conveniences around the property. The pool was nice, the water was nice, but bring water shoes. The hosts were great and very communicative if you needed anything. Great amenities and neighbors were very nice. Must! have a vehicle to get around because the taxi will be a killer. It has its own private beach which was very clean. Being on the north side of the island there was a constant breeze, which was welcome in the heat. The check in was easy with a key code for entrance. The owners were extremely helpful with any queries. If you are disabled there are two flights of steps which may cause difficulty. The condo has a massive fridge and freezer so stock up as the nearest supermarket is about 30min drive. I would recommend this condo to my friends and family. ##### Rachel G. It was on the north side and super quiet and private. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. We enjoyed the close proximity to Rum Point and starfish bay. Condo had everything we needed as far as beach towels and kitchen stuff. The beach was quiet. We enjoyed snorkeling. We took our own paddleboards and used them almost everyday to go out and snorkel. We saw turtles, stingrays, lots of fish and found big conch shells. We did go during seagrass season(June), which was not my favorite thing but once you get out past the grass, the water was clear and wonderful. We would return again! ##### Devin W. The beach was beautiful but when you got in the water it was very rocky. The kitchen had everything that I needed to cook. The beds were some of the most comfortable that I have ever slept on. Stop and get groceries on your way to the condo. The decent groceries are on the other side of island. The one near the condo is a major price gouger. You will pay 5 times more than FosterS. My only complaint is the condo was supposed to be ready at 4\. We had been traveling 11 hours and thought that maybe we could get in a little early.
