Water View Home With Hot Tub In New Glasgow, Minutes To North Shore Beaches

Welcome to your next PEI vacation! This newly built water view home in New Glasgow is just minutes to National Park beaches, amazing restaurants, and activities for the whole family including world class golf courses and entertainment parks. You will love the countryside feel and uninterrupted views this home has to offer.

Enter the home through a main level foyer which leads to the first bedroom and full bathroom with a stand up shower and laundry facilities. Follow the stairs, and you will reach the upper level where the open concept great room is located with many large windows to allow sunlight and exquisite country views and vaulted ceilings. Cook meals in the modern and bright kitchen which has all amenities needed for nights in. The dining area has a table for 6, plus the kitchen island has room for 4, so there is more than enough room for everyone! Admire the outstanding decor of the living room as you relax next to the electric fire place. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, and an ensuite with a soaker tub and stand up shower. The second bedroom is also found on this level.

Enjoy Prince Edward Island's beautiful sunrises and sunsets from one of the outdoor areas- either the upper deck that is off of the great room which overlooks the river, or the back patio which has a brand new 6 seat hot tub and views of rolling hills.

Just a quick drive away is New Glasgow Lobster Suppers for a true islander experience, PEI Preserve Co for amazing breakfast with homemade jams, and Glasgow Hills Golf Course for a world class golfing experience. 10 minutes away is North Rustico and 30 minutes away is Charlottetown.

Overall the house was nice and stocked well. The house rule of ensuring the numerous outdoor pillows are brought in each evening seem odd to me as there wasn’t a place to store them. Perhaps an outdoor storage cabinet could be added in the future. The amenities of the house were great but everything seemed like it was still not 100% finished. I would recommend the house to others. I liked how remote and how most things were about 10 mins away in either direction. Lots of food options in both directions ranging from 3-15 min drives. Would love to see the house once it’s fully finished.

Beautiful Getaway!
We loved the country setting of this home. We stayed for 1 week and drove from one end of the island to the other. It was centrally located and convenient to so many restaurants. Coming back at the end of the day, it was very quiet.

Beautiful spot in the country
This is a lovely rental for a family looking to enjoy the country. The views of the river are spectacular. Be aware that this property is right next to a dairy farm but we really only noticed the smell on one day when the wind was blowing in the right direction. The place was very clean. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Central Comfort near Cavendish
Apparently we were the first guests to stay at this property. We stayed for five nights during a one week trip to PEI. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the proximity the property had to everything on PEI. It had comfortable beds, two great bathrooms, a kitchen that was well stocked with many small appliances, a deck with furniture and a propane grill that supplemented the beauty of the views of the surrounding farmland. There was a giant flat screen television with all major streaming apps that was hung above a fireplace. The owners provided beach towels and chairs for trips to the local parks and swimming places along the coast. Nit-picking defects about this property wouldn't make a dent in the five star rating this property has earned in our opinion.
