    "We booked specifically for the indoor pool and spa and were noticed 2 weeks prior to our stay that it would be under construction and unable. With such late notice and busy week in the city with Vivid we had no other options in our price point. Several items in the room were not functioning and things like body wash and shampoo dispensers were empty. The whole place has a feel of being in process of remodel and everything being done as minimal and cheap as possible."
