"We enjoyed our stay here."

"Staff was great; friendly and quick check-in. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Pool and hot tub were clean, although pretty small. Beds were really comfortable and the room was so quiet. I appreciated that since I was in the area for medical appointments and I had to recover with napping during daytime. Breakfast was delicious...loved the frittatas! The dining area attendant was extremely friendly and attentive during breakfast; she was busy making sure everyone was satisfied and didn't need anything. If I had to criticize something, it would be that it was difficult to keep the temperature comfortable in the room. It was either freezing or too hot. But I sleep better in cold so not a big deal. Easily the most enjoyable hotel experience I've had in a while. "

"Upon check in I was assigned a room that was currently occupied and entered it with tv on, receptionist apologized reassigned room and second room also appeared to be in use, upon returning to front desk hotel staff accompanied me to “room” and it was clean ready to go however second room number given to me was open tv on and clearly occupied!! Both times I have stayed a very young staff checks in and doesn’t seem to know what she is doing. Senior staff apologized and sent gift card to our room!! Nice hotel just need to better train staff and communicate "
