"It was a totally unaccepted stay. the customer experience was a disaster with the hotels asking for more process than the immigration authorities. The staff was rude and could not even explain the process.The place was disastrous with no cleanliness, The corridors and rooms were rancous and smelling of food The breakfast was horrible with no options. "The rooms were very clean and appeared new. Although one of the two rooms we booked was small, everything was good overall. The hotel is within walking distance of the Temple, and parking was available. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were nice, and friendly staff. Complementary breakfast was excellent. "
