Located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, Crescent Towers I is near Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, Duplin Winery, Tanger Outlet, House of Blues and many other exciting vacation settings! YES it is on the oceanfront! The condo is a two bedroom, two bath oceanfront corner condo on the sixth floor. The living room and balcony are directly on the ocean with a great view towards Myrtle Beach. The condo is located at the end of the hall so less neighbors! The master bedroom has king bed and the twin bedroom has two new (June 2021) twin beds. Both bedroom have a TV and the living room has a SMART TV with spectrum as the cable provider. The property has an outdoor pool and charcoal grills. The property does not allow smoking. There is no smoking allowed in the condo. Crescent Towers I pool plans to open each Easter week and closes October 31 each year. It could use a make over. We did think the location/view was great. Very close to beach and being a smaller building did not feel crowded. Beach area was great with chair rentals and life guard very close. The BIG selling point is the view from this unit -- south-facing with a long view of the lovely beach. Sliding door cranky & leaks wind; south windows leak rain badly during heavy wind & storms. We regrouped in a hotel room overnight and found this condo on VRBO which was thankfully available the next day. On a Sunday morning, outside of business hours, North Shore Realty who manage the property, kindly offered us an early check in and upgraded our unit at no cost due to the elevator being out of service.
