The condo works great for our 6 adults and two toddlers and a baby. Our only need was more coffee cups. Only had 4 cups for a condo that sleeps 6 and some wine glasses would be nice. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay! We’ve been staying at Crescent Dunes for many years and are always pleased with every stay. The unit was very clean and so nicely decorated. The heater fireplace was wonderful for our winter stay. Kitchen was well equipped and the Keurig was a surprising PLUS!! Only complaint is there were no hand towel bars/rings in master bath and vanity area, but the definitely wouldn’t prevent us from staying again because it was such a lovely and comfortable place to stay. ##### Ronda B. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been staying in this unit for the last few summers and it’s become like a home away from home. There are always small but noticeable upgrades each year that improve the experience each time. The only thing that could improve the entire property would be a walkway over the dune from the building to the beach as the sand can get super hot on a summer day (but I don’t believe Retreat has any control over this!) The condo was by far the best one I have stayed in. It was spacious, updated, comfortable & beautiful. The location is a great selling point & the weather was perfect every day. But the staff at Retreat is what really made it exceptional. They bent over backwards to help me with a scheduling problem. I can’t thank Jeanne enough for all the extra effort she went to finding a solution to my problem. Also Judy did an excellent job of getting the condo ready in record time & thanks to Betsy for making sure it all worked out. They treated me like family & I have already made plans to go see the “family” again next year. Good Work & forever grateful! This was a very nice condo! It was tastefully decorated- borderline bougie! It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace. The oceanfront view couldn't be beat! We all appreciated the fact that the complex was nonsmoking- no cigarette butts lying around, no walking through smoking or smelling smoke! It was great to be able to bring our furbaby along. The only complaint I have would be that the washing machine could only handle a very small load. We ended up going to the laundromat for about an hour. Not a big deal at all. Also, we used the linen service for towels and sheets, but ended up buying towels and washcloths because the linen service does not permit you to wash their items. We wanted fresh towels and washcloths. However, this would not hinder us from staying here again. This place was very nice and reasonably priced. The location was easily accessible.
